Ancient Greeks

Ancient Greeks had trials by jury and they were larger than what we have today.

To see if you was guilty they put metal discs in jars which were named guilty or not guilty.

Punishments were made by the court. The punishment includes a death penalty.

The court had several hundred members which is bigger than what we have today.

Surviving records of Ancient court cases lasted for a while.
